Who processes your data
The data controller is Emanuel Conti, operating Sowld. For any request about your data, write to emanuelconti.mim@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Account: email and password (never stored in plain text, only hashed).
- Subscription: if you subscribe to Pro, Stripe processes the payment — we only receive a customer identifier and subscription status, never your card details.
- Usage: how many searches you've made this month, to enforce your plan's limit.
- Browser extension: when used on Vinted, the title, price, link and brand of the listing you're already viewing is sent to our server to evaluate it — it isn't stored permanently, only processed to give you an answer.
- Waitlist: if you fill in the pre-launch form, your email, country, category of interest and other answers you write.
- Technical cookie: a session cookie to remember you're logged in and your language choice. No advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we use it
- Letting you use the service (login, searches, plan limits).
- Managing your subscription and billing through Stripe.
- Replying if you write to us or applied to the waitlist.
- Basic security (preventing abuse of the free tier).
Who we share it with
- Stripe (payments) — stripe.com/privacy
- eBay (to run the search you ask for — it only receives the search terms, not your identity)
- Render (site hosting) — render.com/privacy
- Google / Gmail (only to notify us internally when someone joins the waitlist)
We don't sell or share your data with advertisers or third-party marketing services.
How long we keep it
As long as your account stays active. If you want your data deleted, write to us — there's no self-service delete button in the product yet, but we handle requests manually within a reasonable time.
Your rights
If you're in the EU, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict the use of, or receive a portable copy of your data. Write to emanuelconti.mim@gmail.com to exercise these rights, or contact your country's data protection authority if you believe your rights haven't been respected.
International transfers
Some of the providers above (Stripe, Render, Google) may process data outside the EU, with the safeguards required by law (e.g. standard contractual clauses).
