What Sowld does

Sowld searches supported second-hand sources (today: eBay via its official API, and Vinted via the browser extension), estimates a market value by comparing similar listings, and flags ones that look underpriced. Estimates are indicative: we don't verify sellers, authenticity, or the real condition of items, and we don't guarantee a flagged listing is actually a deal or still available when you open it.

Accounts and plans

• Free: free of charge, just needs email and password, no card. Monthly search limit shown in the dashboard.
• Pro: a paid monthly subscription via Stripe, auto-renewing until cancelled. You can cancel any time from the dashboard ("Manage subscription") — you stay active until the end of the period already paid for, no automatic refund for the current period.

Acceptable use

You can use Sowld to search for second-hand items for yourself. You can't: resell or share access to your account, try to bypass search limits, or use the service to bulk-download/scrape data beyond what the extension is designed to do (read pages you're already visiting yourself).

The browser extension

The extension reads listings already visible on the page you're viewing in your own browser — it doesn't navigate or collect data on our behalf autonomously. It requires login to work, since Vinted checks share the same monthly cap as eBay searches.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is". We don't guarantee continuous availability, the accuracy of price estimates, or that the underlying sources (eBay, Vinted) stay reachable — Vinted in particular isn't reachable from our server and depends on the user's browser and the extension.

Liability

We're not responsible for purchases you make on Vinted, eBay, or other third-party platforms — the transaction is always between you and the seller, on that platform, under its own rules. To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to what you paid for the subscription in the last 12 months.

Account termination

You can close your account at any time by writing to us. We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms (e.g. abusing the free plan, attempting to bypass limits).

Affiliate links

Some marketplace links (today: eBay, via the eBay Partner Network) are affiliate links: if you buy through one, Sowld may earn a commission from the marketplace, at no extra cost to you. The price you see and pay is exactly the same as visiting the marketplace directly. Not every supported marketplace has an active affiliate program.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute is subject to the consumer forum provided for under applicable law.
